📝 Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end content acquisition pipeline, ensuring critical assets and materials are cataloged seamlessly.
• Partner alongside Team Leads to audit submissions and recognize opportunities for targeted outreach.
• Derive both quantitative and qualitative insights to assess user engagement and adoption across member firms.
• Work hand-in-hand with global cross-functional stakeholders to elevate and optimize content management strategies.
• Serve as a dependable advisor by presenting knowledge trends, best-practice recommendations, and reporting decks.
• Tailor and refine professional communication styles to interact effectively with international leadership.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education: Master’s / Postgraduate degree in English, Economics, Literature, Library Sciences, or related fields (0 to 2 years relevant experience).
• Software Proficiency: Solid working familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal English language proficiency.
• Analytical Thinking: Robust analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving attitude.
