🎓 Post-Wise Educational Qualifications & Experience
1. Office Assistants (Multipurpose)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent. Proficiency in local language as prescribed by participating RRB. (Freshers Eligible, No Experience required).
2. Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Preference for candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agri Engineering, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy. Local language proficiency needed. (Freshers Eligible).
3. Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer - Manager)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks + Minimum 2 years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
4. Officer Scale-II (Information Technology Officer)
Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 50% marks + 1 year relevant experience.
5. Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant / Law / Agriculture / Treasury / Marketing)
Relevant Professional Degree (CA from ICAI / Law Degree / MBA Finance / MBA Marketing / Agri Sciences) with 1 to 2 years of professional experience in the respective field.
6. Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks + Minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or financial institution.

- SC / ST Candidates: 5 Years relaxation
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years relaxation
- PwBD Candidates: 10 Years relaxation
- Ex-Servicemen (ESM / DESM): 5 Years relaxation
🎯 Selection Process & Prelims Exam Structure
The recruitment stages involve an Online Preliminary Examination followed by the Main Examination (and Interviews for Officer Scales). There is a negative marking of 0.25 (1/4th) marks for every incorrect answer.
